摘 要:为评估大花三色堇自交系的遗传潜质,指导大花三色堇杂交育种,对大花三色堇5个亲本自交系及其按Griffing完全双列杂交Ⅱ组配的10个杂种F1的7个主要数量性状进行了配合力分析。结果表明:亲本C是综合性状相对优良的亲本;在培育大花、丰花品种时,亲本E可作为重要亲本。对杂交组合进行特殊配合力效应分析表明,组合E×B、B×A的综合表现较好。在进行亲本选择和杂交组合配制时,应同时兼顾一般配合力效应和特殊配合力效应,且一定要在选择一般配合力较高的基础上注重较高特殊配合力效应的选择。根据总配合力效应可以有效预测杂交组合的表现。In order to study the selection patterns of combinations with strong heterosis and the using value of 5 inbred lines, combining ability analysis was made for 7 main quantitative traits in 5 inbred lines and 10 hybrid combinations, by means of the analysis method of Griffing com- plete diallel cross ]I. The analysis had been done about general combining ability of the inbred lines. The results showed that parent C was a better inbred line for many traits, and E could be used as a parent in hybridization breeding programs aiming for large-sized and large-numbered flowers. By analysing the special combining ability, E)〈 B and B)〈 A performed quit well in special combining ability regarding most of the 7 ornamental traits. When selecting parents or preparation of hybrid combination, general combining ability and special combining ability must be considered at the same time. Furthermore, it is important to pay much attention to select higher special combining ability in terms of higher, general combining ability. Performance of hybrid combination could be forecasted through total combining ability.
