摘  要:为了探究吡虫啉拌种后对小麦蚜虫超长持效期的控制机制,本试验采用测定小麦蚜虫存活时间,麦蚜蜜露排泄量及麦蚜刺吸次数的方法初步研究了不同剂量吡虫啉拌种对小麦蚜虫的影响。结果表明,吡虫啉拌种后在小麦不同生育期对麦蚜表现出不同的控制机制。从麦蚜存活时间和蜜露排泄量来看,拌种后的苗期植株对麦蚜表现出了较强的致死作用,接虫3h后植株上试虫的存活率为0;孕穗期和灌浆期,麦蚜在拌种植株上24h后,存活率分别为42.56%和77.33%,麦蚜蜜露分泌量仅为对照的7.86%和8.59%,麦蚜的存活率虽有明显增加,但其蜜露分泌量却很低,表明吡虫啉拌种在小麦孕穗期和灌浆期对麦蚜有拒食作用。从刺吸次数来看,灌浆期拌种处理与对照差异显著,拌种植株明显减少了麦蚜的再刺吸行为,表现出较强的拒食作用。表明吡虫啉拌种在苗期对小麦蚜虫表现为胃毒作用,孕穗期对麦蚜表现为胃毒与拒食共同起作用,而灌浆期则以拒食作用为主。In order to investigate the control mechanism thoroughly, the effect of wheat aphid survival time, honeydew excretion and the sucking ability of different dosage of Macrosiphum avenae Fabricius on the wheat plant by seed dressing with imidacloprid were tested in this re- search. The results indicated that different control mechanisms of the wheat plant against aphid were observed at different growing periods. At the seedling stage, the plant of the seed dress- ing had a strong stomach poison activity against wheat aphid. At the booting stage, the surviv- al rate of wheat aphid on the plant after seed-dressing was 42.56%, but it was 77.33% within 24 hours of seed-filling stage. The dose of honeydew excretion was 7.86% and 8.59% com- pared with CK, respectively at the two stages above. Compared with the booting stage, the survival rate increased obviously at the seed-filling stage. However, for the excretion of honey- dew, there was significant differences between the two periods, it was showed that imidaclo- prid had an antifeedant activity against the wheat aphid after dressing on the wheat seeds. The number of the sucking was only 39.19% compared with the control at seed-filling stage, which was showed a strong antifeedant activity against the aphid. We suggest that it was a strong stomach poison activity against wheat aphid at the seedling stage, and at the booting stage, the mechanism was stomach poison cooperated with antifeedant activity, whereas at the seed-filling stage the mechanism was a strong antifeedant activity against the aphid.
