摘  要:采用快速碳化试验,对工程预拌混凝土抗碳化能力随早期保湿养护时间的变化规律进行了试验研究。结果表明,混凝土碳化系数随混凝土强度等级的提高而降低,存在着一定的线性关系。碳化系数随早期保湿养护时间的提高而降低,并存在着相关性较好的乘幂函数关系。在空气中CO2浓度为0.04%和早期保湿养护时间为28 d的条件下,C45、C40、C35、C30和C25工程预拌混凝土自然碳化达到保护层厚度(25 mm)所需的时间分别为172、111、90、71和44 a。而C25混凝土的抗碳化能力已达不到年限50 a的要求。混凝土抗碳化能力随着早期保湿养护时间的减少而呈明显的降低现象。The variation of carbonation resistance of ready-mixed concrete for construction with moist-curing time at early ages was studied by accelerated carbonation test in this paper. Test results show that concrete carbonation coefficient decreases with the increase of the concrete strength grade,has a certain linear relationship. The carbonation coefficient decreases with the increase of the moist-curing time at early ages,has a power function relationship with good correlativity. Under the conditions of approximately 0.04% CO2 gas by volume of air and the early moist-curing time of 28 d,the calculated times of the concrete of C45,C40, C35,C30 and C25 when concrete cover (25 ram)was completely carbonated naturally were 172,111,90,71 and 44 a respectively. The carbonation resistance ability of C25 concrete cannot reach the requirement of 50-year service life. The carbonation resistance of the concrete decreased obviously with the moist-curing time at early ages reducing.
