摘  要:将TPEG、丙烯酸及甲基丙烯酸酯、链转移剂、引发剂、中和剂等在水溶液中通过自由基聚合反应,合成了一种缓释型聚羧酸减水剂CR-P104,其既可单独使用,也可以与通用型聚羧酸减水剂复配作为保坍剂使用。与通用型聚羧酸减水剂的应用性能对比试验表明,CR-P104的减水率虽然相对较低,但能大幅度提高混凝土的后期流动性,有效控制新拌混凝土的坍落度损失速度。A sustained-release type polycarboxylate superplasticizer CR-P104 can be synthesized by using TPEG,acrylic acid and methyl acrylate,chain transfer agent, initiator, neutralization reagent in aqueous solution via free radical polymerization. It can either be used alone or be used as a slump retaining agent after composite use with general polycarboxylate superplasticizer. Test its application performance,and compared with the general type of polycarboxylate super plasticizer, the results showed that although the water reducing rate is relatively low,it can greatly improve the late fluidity of concrete, effectively control the speed of the fresh concrete slump loss.
