超薄石材复合板专用胶粘剂的应用研究

摘　　要：介绍了超薄石材复合板专用胶粘剂的组成及性能。在符合JC 887—2001《干挂石材幕墙用环氧胶粘剂》标准的基础上,还对超薄石材复合板胶粘剂与多类基材在不同环境下的粘结性能进行了应用研究,结果表明,该超薄石材复合板胶粘剂可安全地应用于各类超薄天然石材及陶瓷复合板、金属、木材、节能保温板等的复合粘结。This article introduces the composition and performances of the thin stone composite panel adhesives. Under the condition of meeting the industrial standards JC 887--2001 ＂Epoxy Adhesives for Dry-fixing Stone Curtain Wall＂,some application experiments on the bonding performance between composite panel adhesive and various base material in the different environment conditions were carried out. The results showed that this thin stone composite panel adhesive can be applied to composite bonding between various thin natural stone,ceramic composite panel,metal,wood,energy-saving insulation board safety.
