后危机时代的区域弹性与集群转型——基于珠江三角洲东西两岸电子企业的对比分析

摘　　要：珠江三角洲东西两岸地区的产业集群,在改革开放初期不同的制度框架和资源禀赋下,逐渐发展出具有不同市场导向和生产行为的经济系统。由此,本文试图通过揭示珠江三角洲在后危机时代企业适应战略和行为的地理差异性来加强对区域弹性的理解。以电子产业为考察对象,通过在2011年底完成的抽样企业问卷调查,本文对比分析东西两岸电子企业的生产和创新行为。结果显示,西岸地区尽管在国内市场具有较高的品牌经营能力,但面临营销创新的融资障碍。东岸地区则通过长期的外向经济进行技术和人力资本积累,在创新过程中显现出更大的网络性特征,从而更有利于集群经济的创新转型。Under different institutional framework and resource endowment at the beginning of the opening, the eastern and western bank of the Pearl River Delta has gradually developed into economic system with different market orientation and production behaviors. This paper aims to reveal the geographical heterogeneity of f＇n＇rn adaptive strategies and behaviors in the post - crisis era for better understanding of regional resilience. Taking electronics industry as the research object, it compares the production and innovation behaviors of the electronics firms in the eastern and western bank of the Pearl River Delta based on a random - sampling electronics firm questionnaire survey completed in the end of 2011. The result shows that electronics firms in the western bank of the Pearl River Delta have encountered financial barriers in the process of marketing innovation despite a comparatively higher branding capability in the domestic market. On the other hand, electronics firms in the eastern bank of the Pearl River Delta have showed a greater networked character in innovation activities with the accumulation of technological and human capital in its out - oriented economy, thus facilitating the restructuring towards innovation for the cluster economy.
