摘　　要：通过问答方式对知识产权客体的信息本质进行了深入的讨论,对不熟悉自然科学的读者理解何为信息以及人与信息之间的关系有一定帮助。结论是:信息是客观事物,既可以存在于人们的头脑之中,也可以存在于人们的头脑之外,本质上并无区别。相同的信息就是各种相同或不同物质的相同规律的排序。In the form of dialogus, this paper discusses the nature of information which is supposed to be the object of intellectual property rihgt. It is helpful for the readers who are not familiar with natural science to understand what information is, and what is the relationship between human and information. The conclusion of this paper is： information is objective matter, and can exist either insidc human brains or outside human brains, without any essential difference. The same information means the same order recorded by same or different substances.
