摘  要:[目的]优化氟虫腈悬浮剂配方,防治卫生害虫。[方法]通过湿式超微粉碎法制备10%氟虫腈悬浮剂,并通过流点法及配方法逐步筛选分散剂种类,优化润湿分散剂比例。[结果]10%氟虫腈悬浮剂的最优配方为氟虫腈10.0%(质量分数),烷基萘磺酸盐缩聚物(Morwet D-425)1.5%,烷基萘磺酸盐与阴离子润湿剂混合物(MorwetEFW)1.0%,黄原胶0.1%,硅酸镁铝0.5%,乙二醇5.0%,水补足至100%。[结论]该制剂经(54±2)℃热贮14 d后,其析水率、粒度分布和流变学性质均较好,其他各项指标均符合悬浮剂相关标准。The fipronil SC was researched to prevent sanitary insect pest.[Methods] Wet milling was adopted during the preparation of fipronil 10% suspension concentrate(sc).The dispersant was screened through flow point method and formula method and the ratio of dispersant and wetting agent was optimized.[Results] The best formula after screening was showed below: fipronil 10.0%(mass ratio),Morwet D-425 2.0%,Morwet EFW 1.0%,xanthan gum 0.1%,magnesium aluminium silicate 0.5%,ethylene glycol 5.0% and water was added to 100.0%.[Conclusions] The behaviour of the formula agreed fairly well with the experimentally relevant determined standards.After treatment of(54±2) °c for fourteen days,the rheological properties,drain rate and particle size distribution proved to be fine.
