摘 要:[目的]评价多杀霉素在土壤中的行为动态。[方法]分别采用振荡平衡法和土壤薄层层析法研究了多杀霉素在不同土壤中的吸附和淋溶特性。[结果]多杀霉素在3种土壤中的吸附性能符合线性模型和Freundlic方程,吸附常数在130.0~202.4 mL/kg之间,在吉林黑土中易吸附,在浙江红壤和河北潮土中较易吸附。多杀霉素在3种供试土壤中不易移动或不移动。[结论]根据试验结果,土壤有机质含量和黏粒含量越高,对多杀霉素的吸附作用越大。The study was to evaluate the environmental behavior of spinosad in soil.[Methods] the adsorption and leaching of spinosad in different soils in China were conducted by batch equilibrium experiment and soil TLC.[Results] The results showed that sorption ability of spinosad in three kind of soils could be well described by linerar model and FreundLich equation.The Kd values were between 130.0 and 202.4 mL/kg.It was easy to be absorped in Jilin Black soil and comparatively easy to be absorped in Zhejiang Red soil and Hebei Chao soil.In the three kinds of experimental soil,spinosad showed comparatively low or low mobility.[Conclusions] The results indicated that the Kd values increased along with the increasing of contents of soil clay and organic matter.
