摘 要:[目的]筛选出用于防治二斑叶螨的有效药剂,合理评价联苯肼酯的防效。[方法]采用玻片浸渍法测定联苯肼酯及其他杀螨剂对二斑叶螨的毒力及田间防效效果。[结果]联苯肼酯对二斑叶螨各发育阶段均有效,对卵的LC50值为221.2430 mg/L,对若螨24、48、72 h的LC50值分别为10.9277、5.1514、3.3894 mg/L,对成螨24、48、72 h的LC50值分别为10.3891、10.0516、3.8818 mg/L。其余5种药剂中杀螨活性最高的是阿维菌素,对成螨24、48、72 h的LC50值分别为3.1143、2.2590、2.0586 mg/L,其次是甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐,敏感性最低的是噻螨酮。田间试验结果表明:43%联苯肼酯SC对二斑叶螨具有很好的防治效果,药后2、7、14 d的防效分别达99.71%、100%、96.66%,明显高于其他5种药剂的防效。[结论]研究表明联苯肼酯对二斑叶螨具有非常好的防效,而阿维菌素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、哒螨灵、炔螨特和噻螨酮的推荐剂量已不能很好的控制该螨危害。The paper aims to assess the control efficacy of the bifenazate and to select effective pesticides to the two-spotted mite Tetranychus urticae.[Methods] The toxicity and field control efficacy of the bifenazate and other pesticides to the two-spotted mite were studied using the slide-dip method.[Results] The bioassay results showed that bifenazate had high control efficacy to all stages of the two-spotted mite with LC50 value of 221.243?0 mg/L to the eggs,10.927?7,5.151?4 and 3.389?4 mg/L to the nymphs at 24,48 and 72 hours after dip,10.389?1,10.051?6 and 3.881?8 mg/L to the adults at 24,48 and 72 hours after dip.Among the other five pesticides,abamectin showed the highest activity with LC50 of 3.1143,2.259?0 and 2.058?6 mg/L to the adults at 24,48 and 72 hours after dip,followed by emamectin benzoate.The hexythiazox showed the lowest activity to the adults of the two-spotted mite.The field test indicated that the 43% bifenazate SC had good control efficacy to the two-spotted mite,with 99.71,100 and 96.66% control after application for 2,7 and 14 days,significantly higher than that of the other five pesticides.[Conclusions] Our study suggested that the abamectin,emamectin benzoate,pyridaben,propargite and hexythiazox could not efficiently control the two-spotted mite,while the bifenazate showed very high toxicity.
