摘　　要：根据多年的历史资料,选择海冰自身条件及环境因素作为分析对象,在对各类影响因子对海冰承灾体的影响贡献自重权数和历年海冰灾害实际状况与对应的冰情等级进行综合分析的基础上,给出了我国的单因子海冰灾害指标体系,并对我国的海冰灾害等级进行了初步划分。Based on the conditions of sea ice itself as well as environmental factors of the historical data, sin- gle-factor index system of sea ice in China is given and the sea ice disaster is graded initially in this paper. It is done by comprehensive analysis of all kinds of influencing factors on sea ice bearer dead weight weights and the actual condition between historical disaster and grade of sea ice over the years.
