摘 要:通过2010-2011年连续2 a木毒蛾取食选择性试验和不同木麻黄无性系饲养幼虫的发育和排粪量的调查,选育抗木毒蛾的木麻黄优良种质材料。结果表明,湛江3、惠76、惠83、广东A8-2为抗木毒蛾的木麻黄无性系,木毒蛾幼虫对这4个无性系的取食相对频数小于0.03,其饲养的木毒蛾幼虫平均化蛹率在55%以内,最低的仅有20%,平均蛹重在0.6 g以下,排粪量少;东山2号、广东501、抗风属于感虫无性系,木毒蛾幼虫对这3个无性系的取食相对频数超过0.08,其饲养的木毒蛾平均化蛹率在70%以上,平均蛹重大于0.66 g。For screening excellent resistant Casuar/na spp. clones, resistances of 18 Casuar/na spp. clones to Lymantria xylina were evaluated and analyzed by rearing larvae with twig of different Casuar/na clones under indoor conditions in the selective test in 2010 and 2011. Results of initiative choice and larva rearing showed as follows. The 4 clones, Zhanjiang3, Hui83, Hui76, GuangdongAS-2, were strongly resistant to L. xylina. Relative frequency numbers of larvae feeding on these 4 clones were less than 0.03, pupation rates of larva feeding on the 4 clones were lower than 55%, the lowest only 20%, and average pupa weights were lighter too, which were no more than 0.6 g, frass weights of larva on these 4 clones were less than that feeding on other clones. The 3 clones, Dongshan2, GuangdongS01, Kangfeng were susceptible to L. xylina, relative frequency numbers were over 0.08, pupation rates of the larvae and average pupa weights feeding on these 3 clones were 70% and more than 0.66 g, respectively, and the frass weights were more than others accordingly.
