摘  要:以甘农三号紫花苜蓿为试验材料,NaCl和NaHCO3按摩尔比1∶1混合模拟典型混合盐碱胁迫,研究不同盐浓度对苜蓿苗期生长特性的影响。结果表明,随着盐浓度的升高及胁迫时间的延长,生长速度受到明显的抑制,根、茎、叶鲜重均低于对照,差异均达到显著水平(P<0.05);短期低浓度胁迫促使叶面积增大,但差异不显著;随着盐碱浓度的增加,苜蓿地上部干重都呈现逐渐降低的趋势,且在浓度达到150mmol/L时差异达到显著水平;根冠比呈现先增大后减小的趋势,表明盐碱胁迫促使紫花苜蓿光合产物向根系分配,以增加根系对无机养分的吸收,用以维持细胞内渗透压及光合同化作用的需要。The impact of saline-alkali stress on growth of Medicago sativa cv. Gannong No. 3 in seedling stage was studied by using NaC1 and NaHCOa (1 : 1) as saline-alkali stress factor. The results showed that as the concentration and treatment time increased, the growth speed of alfalfa was obviously inhibited. The fresh weight of root,stalk and leaf were significantly lower than CK (0 mmol/L). Saline-alkali treatment at low con centration and short-turn could increase the leaf area,but not significantly. As the concentration increased root/ shoot ratio was increased initially and then decreased. And the aboveground dry weight showed a decreasing trend and the difference reached significant when the concentration got to 150 mmol/L. This suggests that sa line-alkali stress could increase the photosynthetic products to be transferred to root in order to increase the ab sorption of inorganic nutrients from root for maintaining the intracellular osmotic pressure and meeting the de mand of photosynthetic assimilation.
