摘　　要：目的调查唐山医学生职业成熟度水平并分析其影响因素。方法采用中国大学生职业成熟度量表对276名医学生进行问卷调查,对数据进行独立样本t检验和方差分析。结果①唐山医学生职业成熟度平均分超出理论中值;②医学生职业成熟度总分在性别、是否独生、生源地、父母文化程度、家庭收入等方面差异不显著,但在年级(F=3.65,P<0.05)、是否担任学生干部(t=2.48,P<0.05)方面的差异显著。结论唐山医学生职业成熟度水平较高;年级、是否担任学生干部影响其职业成熟度水平。Objective To investigate the condition of career maturity of medical students in Tangshan,and analyze its influenc ing faetor. Methods A total of 276 students were investigated by Career Maturity Inventory. The data were dealt with One--sam ple T Test and One--Way ANOVA. Results ①Medical students＇ career maturity average points was beyond the theory of medi an;② The differences in students＇ occupation maturity points were significant in terms of grade and. whether as a student cadre Conclusion Medical students＇ career maturity level is high,which is influenced by grade,whether or not a student cadre.
