摘　　要：欲使生态文明建设落到实处,就必须健全与完善我国的司法机制,使司法机制在生态文明建设中居于中心地位。而健全与完善我国的司法机制,首先,必须健全与完善中国的环境法院(法庭)体系,形成环境案件指导制度;其次,健全与完善中国的环境公诉制度;最后,还须健全与完善中国的"私人检察官"制度,使个人与组织充当"私人检察官",能够提起环境公益诉讼,并使之良性运转。To implement the construction of ecological civilization, we must establish and perfect the Chinese Judicial Mechanism, and ensure that it occupy core position in the construction of ecological civilization. To establish and perfect the Chinese Judicial Mechanism, we must establish and perfect the system of the environment court of China firstly ; establish and perfect the system of pubhc prosecution about environment secondly; and last estabhsh and perfect the system of ＂private prosecutor＂ of China ,which take individuals and organizations holding the post of ＂private prosecutor＂, who can amuse public interest litigation , and make it run well.
