摘　　要：我国继承法应当建立和完善如下继承程序:建立遗产清册制度,确定基层自治组织作为继承程序中的第三方,建立遗产管理制度和完善遗嘱执行制度并确定二者之间的关系,建立无人承受遗产归国家和集体所有的程序。Law of succession need to setup and revise some succession procedure ： Enacting account of estate ; Putting Grassroots self- governing organizations as neutral body; Perfection Heritage custodian, administrate of estate, testamentary execute, and discriminating them;Setting up the procedure for estate which is left with neither a successor nor a legatee belonging to the state and collective ownership.
