摘　　要：南斯拉夫共产党(南共联盟)曾经是一个学习型政党,是一个勇于创新的党;它顶住外来压力,创建了自治社会主义制度和不结盟外交政策,开辟了独特的"南斯拉夫道路"。但是,它却过早地提出了一些不合时宜的口号,放弃了党的领导地位和作用,最后自毁长城,导致南共联盟瓦解、南联邦国家四分五裂。南共联盟成败和南联邦解体带来的经验和教训是深刻的,其中最重要的警示是社会主义社会需要而且能够进行改革,但这种经济和政治体制改革需要由执政党和杰出的领导人推动和领导,既不能过激、也不能过头,更不能失控。The Yugoslavian Communist League used to be a learning party and an innovative party: it created the Socialist Autonomy System and non-aligned foreign policy and started the unique Yugoslavia Road under external pressure. But it put forward some untimely slogans, gave up the party's leading role, which led to the disintegration of the party and the country. The lessons from the success and failure of the party and the disintegration of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia are profound. And the most important thing is that socialism needs and could reform, but this kind of economic and political reform should be carried out and led by the governing party with outstanding leaders, and should not be too drastic or excessive, and should not lose control of things.
