摘　　要：对过去大学生就业能力问题研究的梳理,既是大学生就业能力研究的理性诉求,又是其培养的现实需要。人们从大学生就业能力的内涵、现状及存在问题、原因与提升策略方面进行了归纳总结,取得了不少成果,推动了大学生就业能力的培养。但从整体看,有重要参考价值的、有特色的研究成果较少,应加强以下几方面的研究:加强提升大学生就业能力的对策的可行性研究;加强大学生就业能力的分类研究,重点研究应用型高校大学生就业能力;加强大学生实践能力的研究。The carding of past research on the employability of college students is both the rational demands of studies on employability of college students and the practical needs of developing employability. The research of the connotation, current situation and problem.s, causes and enhancing strategies etc. are summarized with a lot of achievements, which plays a catalytic role on the employability training.However, unique research achievements of important reference value are far from enough. Therefore, studies should be carried out in the following aspects： enhancing the feasibility of countermeasures to improve the employabillty of college students, strengthening the classification study with its focuses on students＇ employability of applied universities and the research of practical ability of college students.
