摘  要:针对目前输电费用单向分配方法的不足 ,建立了输电费用向全电网用户分配的 3种新模式 ,即发电侧模式、负荷侧模式和面向元件的模式。基于潮流解和拓扑分配系数法给出了相应的输电费用向全电网用户分配的计算方法。通过对 6节点系统进行仿真和分析 。Three new modes for user- oriented transmission costallocation are proposed based on the generator- sides and load- sides and power elements.The network transmission cost is pre- allocated to all generators or loads or elements,and then allocated to both generators and loads in the network. As a result,the compensation between generators and loads, generators themselves as well as loads themselves is decreased greatly and even eliminated.The new modes are much better than the current ones that allocate transmission cost only to generators or loads.Based on the power flow solutions and topological distribution factors,the related algorithms are derived to realize the user- oriented transmission cost allocation. Simulation results of a6- bus system show that the proposed modes and algorithms are effective.
