摘　　要：阐述了电力系统的特点和电力系统信息传输协议的意义与作用 ,全面介绍了国内外已颁布和正在制订的有关通信协议标准的情况 ,分析了这些通信协议的技术问题和使用情况 ,论述了计算机数据通信国际标准在电力系统信息传输中的应用和发展。The importance and significance of information transmission protocol for power system are expounded.Meanwhile, the international and domestic standards about communication protocol for electric power published and being published are introduced completely.The development and application of international standards about computer communication to power system are also described.The technique problems and application of the above mentioned communication protocols are analyzed in detail.
