摘　　要：在法律的框架下,建立和完善出版社退出机制对于出版业的健康发展具有十分重要的意义。出版社的退出可以分为部分退出和完全退出两种类型,并有主动退出和被动退出两种途径,被动退出包括以行政为主导和以市场为主导的双重退出机制。完善并落实出版社等级评估制度是建立以市场为主导的退出机制的主要措施。It is of significance to establish and perfect the exit mechanism of presses in the legal frame. The exit mechanism can be categorized into partial exit and full exit, in initiative approach and in passive approach which is conducted by government administration or by market. The main countermeasure to construct the exit mechanism predominated by the market is to perfect and practice grade evaluation system of presses.
