摘　　要：对《读者文摘》转型的外部环境因素和内部原因进行分析,归纳杂志在转型期所发生的变化以及取得的成效,总结《读者文摘》转型带来的启示。Analyze the environmental factors and the intemal reasons of American magazine Reader＇s Digest＇ s current transformation, and summarize the specific changes taking place in the transition to sum up the illuminations that the magazine industries can get from the transition.
