《中国图书馆分类法》(第5版)“法律”类目存在的问题研究

摘　　要：《中国图书馆分类法》(以下简称《中图法》)(第5版)的局部"法律"类目在《中图法》(第4版)的基础上做了较大调整。修订后的《中图法》(第5版)的法律类目体系更完善,类目专指性更强,仿分更简便,类名也更趋于科学与一致,但是依然存在婚姻家庭法、亲属法、继承法与民法的关系混乱,彩票法类目设置不到位,社会保障法类名使用不准确,"D90-053法伦理学"与"B82-051道德与法制"及中国法律专类复分表与一般性问题类目设置重复等问题,还需要进一步完善。Chinese Library Classification （CLC） （5th edition） has made a major adjustment about the partial category of ＂law＂ based on CLC （4th edition）. The category revised of ＂law＂ in CLC （5th edition） has more perfect system, more specifically categories, more simple imitation and more scientific and consistent category names. But the relationship of the marriage and family law, the family taw, the inheritance law and the civil law is disordered, the category setting of the lottery ticket law is not in place, the usage of the category name of the social security law is inaccurate, the category setting of ＂D90-053 law ethics＂ and＂B82-051 morality and legal system＂ is repeated, the category setting of Chinese legal subdivisions and general problems is repeated. These problems need to be further imlroved and perfected.
