外国个人责任者规范标目之我见

摘　　要：当前,我国图书馆中文文献编目工作对机读目录外国个人"责任者"标目在客观名称的处理、汉译贯称的处理等方面存在不规范现象,无法确保读者从"责任者"途径检索文献的查全率和查准率。通过对汉译姓名和原文姓名用同一个70-字段重复制作的方法能够解决此类问题,亦有利于机读目录"责任者"的规范标目,方便读者从"责任者"途径检索到所需文献。Currently, there are some irregular phenomena in the heading of foreign individual authors when librarians catalog Chinese literatures, such as the objective name processing, the translation of book names, and so on. Therefore, it could not ensure the recall ratio and the precision ratio of literature retrieval for readers. These problems could be solved by producing repeatedly with 70- field for the translation of the original name and the Chinese name. It is beneficial to the regulation of individual authors in MARC, and to retrieving recluired literatures for readers bv means of individual authors.
