摘　　要：随着输电系统的不断发展以及电力市场交易机制的不断完善 ,终将完全开放输电网络 ,形成独立的输电价格 ,实现公平竞争 ,最大限度地提高电力市场整体效益和各成员的利益。该文分析了输电网络成本特点 。With the continuous development of electricity transmission system and the consummation of exchange mechanism in electricity market, power transmission network will finally be fully open. To ensure fair competition in the electricity market and to ensure the individual benefit of the whole market and of all the members in the market, an independent transmission pricing system will be formed. In this paper the characteristics of cost of transmission network are analyzed, considering the transmission constraint and line losses a method of optimizing power transmission pricing is put forward.
