针刺推拿配合中药治疗海洛因成瘾临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺推拿配合中药综合治疗海洛因成瘾临床疗效及应用价值。方法:采用随机方法将符合DSM-Ⅲ-R阿片类诊断标准的109例海洛因依赖者分为单纯服用中药排毒养生胶囊组(单药组)和服用排毒养生胶囊联合针刺与推拿治疗组(针药组);使用阿片类戒断综合征量表(OWS)评测两组对海洛因成瘾戒断综合征治疗效果;用操守随访调查表评测近期(3个月)巩固操守率。结果:12 d治疗观察结果显示:单药组和针药组临床脱毒率均为100%,但针药组脱毒达标时间为d3,单药组为d4;戒断症状分项比较结果:针药组对腹痛、肌骨疼痛、失眠主显症状控制效果明显优于单药组;近期巩固操守率:针药组为37.5%,单药组为28.5%,两组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺推拿配合中药戒毒,可提高海洛因成瘾戒断综合征控制水平和近期操守率。Objective ： To investigate the clinical value of combination of acupuncture and massage with traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment for heroin addiction. Methods： Using a randomized methods, 109 cases of heroin addicts that meet the DSM -III -R criteria for the diagnosis of opioid addicts were divided into simple taking traditional Chinese medicine Paidu -Yangsheng detoxification group （single group） and the capsule combined with acupuncture and massage therapy group （acupuncture group） ; the Opioid Withdrawal Syndrome Scale （OWS） was used for evaluation of heroin withdrawal syndrome treatment with integrity in two groups; follow -up questionnaire was used for evaluate shortterm （3 months） to consolidate the retention rate. Results：The results showed that the clinical detoxification rate was 100% in both monotherapy and acupuncture group 12 days after treatment, while the time of detoxification in needle and medicine group drug was D3 and the single drug group was D4. The withdrawal symptoms analysis revealed that acupuncture medicine group is obviously superior to single drug group on abdominal pain, musculoskeletal pain, insomnia main significant symptom control effect. The recent consolidation retention rate was 37.5% and 28.5% in acupuncture group and single drug group, respectively. There was a statistically significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Acupuncture and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment can improve the heroin withdrawal syndrome control level and short- term retention rate.
