摘　　要：在界定建筑业企业商业模式内涵的基础上,提出建筑业企业商业模式的三阶段逻辑架构,并分析其相应的发展路径。基于此,结合大型建筑业企业市场服务的特点,从服务经济角度,构建了以项目为导向,突出企业内控发展的大型建筑业企业商业模式四维运行机制。案例表明:该模式对大型建筑业企业的产业结构调整和内涵式价值增长具有较强的实践指导意义。Based on the business model definition of construction enterprises, this paper divides the construction enterprises＇ business model into three phrases and analyzes the corresponding development path. In the Service Economics＇ viewpoint, integrating the market service features of large-scale construction enterprise the four-dimension operational mechanism for the business model of large-scale construction enterprise has been constructed in this paper, The model is project oriented and emphasizes the enterprises＇ inner control management, Empirical study shows that this model has a stronger practical guide significance for the industrial structural change and content-type value growth.
