摘　　要：应用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了9种健脾和胃中药中人体必需的5项微量元素,即铁、铜、锰、镍及锌。用水煎此9种中药,对上述微量元素的溶出率也进行了实验。样品采用硝酸、高氯酸进行消解,体积比4:1。方法成熟可行,实验结果对相关药物的合理使用具有一定参考价值。Five essential trace elements such as Fe,Cu,Mn,Ni and Zn in nine traditional Chinese medicines benefiting the spleen and stomach were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The nine kind of traditional Chinese medicines were decocted by water, and the dissolution rates of these trace elements were also tested. The samples were digested with mixed acid of HNO3 and HClO4 in the volume ratio of 4 ： 1. The method is mature and feasible, and the experimental results can provide a certain reference value for rational use of related medicines.
