摘  要:以非离子表面活性剂Triton X-114为萃取剂,以甲基紫染料模拟有色废水的萃取脱色过程,实验研究了pH值、表面活性剂浓度、染料浓度、平衡温度、平衡时间、离心时间等因素对浊点萃取效率的影响。结果表明:在pH 2.0—12.0的范围内,甲基紫的萃取率几乎没有变化;而表面活性剂浓度为0.02mol/L时,染料浓度在1—100mg/L的范围内,甲基紫的萃取效率均大于90%。说明本方法有效可行,是一种良好的萃取处理手段。With non-ionic surface active agent Triton X-114 as extractant,extracted decoloration process of coloured wastewater was simulated by methyl violet,and influences of factors including pH value, surfactant concentrations, dye concentration, equilibrium temperature, equilibrium time and centrifugal time on cloud point extraction rate were tested by experiment. The results showed that extraction rate of methyl violet was nearly unchanged in pH range of 2-12,when the surfactant concentration was 0. 02mol/L,concentration of dye was from lmg/L to 100mg/L, extraction rate methyl violet was greater than 90%. The method is feasible and effective,and is a good extraction processing method.
