Determination of Major and Minor Components in Feldspar Samples by Wavelength Dispersive-X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry

摘  要:采用高温熔融制样,X射线荧光光谱法同时测定长石中的SiO_2、Al_2O_3、CaO、MgO、Na_2O、K_2O、Fe_2O_3、TiO_2、Cr_2O_3等主次量元素。通过选用长石、叶腊石、高岭土及土壤等标准样品,并在标样中引入分析纯TiO_2、Cr_2O_3,解决了长石成分分析标准样品不足的问题。采用理论α系数和经验系数校正法克服了谱线重叠干扰和基体效应影响。测定长石各组分的相对标准偏(RSD,n=10)均小于5%,方法检出限为1.21—97.33μg/g,测定值与化学分析法结果吻合。A method for simultaneous determination of SiOz, Al2O3, CaO, MgO, Na2O, K2O, Fe2O3, TiO2 and Cr2O3 in feldspar was developed by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry with melted sample preparation. By using feldspar, pyrophyllite, kaolin and soil standard samples and introducing pure TiO2,Cr2O3 to standard samples,the problem that there are not enough standard samples for feldspar analysis was solved. The theoretical alpha coefficient and experienced coefficients correction method was used to overcome the spectral overlap interference and the matrix effect. The RSDs(n=10) of the method were less than 5% for all components. The detection limits were 1. 21-97.33μg/g,the obtained results are consistent with certified values.
