摘  要:对数台燃煤锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀原因进行分析,指出燃烧过程中一、二次风分离,预燃定型燃烧器的应用,锅炉设计及运行中存在的诸多问题是造成高温腐蚀的主要原因,并针对原因提出相应的预防对策。The causes of high temperature corrosion of several boilers' water walls were analyzed. The analysis results indi- cated the separation of primary air and secondary air during burning process, the application of burners with pre- combustion chamber, the existing problems in boiler design and operation etc. were the main causes for high temperature corrosion of boiler water wall of these causes the relevant preventive measures were suggested.
