摘 要:介绍寒冷地区(0~-20℃以下)灰水闭式循环系统超常规结垢的防垢方法。铁岭发电厂运用分阶段处理方式,按照气温的冷暖变化,分别采用加酸和加有机组垢剂的联合处理方法。运行实践证明,这种方法较好地解决了该厂由于低温下形成CaCO3·6H2O快速结晶造成的回水系统大面积结垢问题,并经受住了-20℃低温的考验,为寒冷地区电厂灰水闭式循环系统防垢提供了成功经验。This paper gives an introduction to the unconventional-scaling prevention method of closed ash slurry water cir- culation system of coal-fired power plant in cold area (below0^-20℃). Tieling Power Plant adopted stepped treatment method, i.e., according to the variation of air temperation(cold or hot), adopted the combined treatment method of adding acid and adding organic antiscaling agent separately. The operating practice proves that this method can better solve the large area scaling problem in return water system, resulting from quick crystalligation of CaCo3·6H2O formed at low air temperature, and has stood up the tests of -20℃ low temperature, which provides a successful experience for power plants in cold area to prevent scaling of closed ash clurry circulation system.
