摘　　要：研究建立大区省际间电力市场的可行性，并对跨大区间、省际间电力电量交易的方式方法进行探讨。在充分研究华中、华东网架结构及电力供需情况的基础上，分析在跨大区电网省际间进行电力电量交易的潜在效益，讨论双边交易模式和经纪人模式开展电力交易的方式。The feasibility study on establishing inter-regional and inter-provincial power market are presented in this pa per.Based on Studing of power network structure and power supply and demand in East and Central China,the trading benefits for inter-regional and inter-provincial electric power and electricity are analyzed,and the trading modes both in bilateral and broker are discussed.
