摘　　要：从电力系统通信网的特点及对网管系统的要求出发 ,阐述了网管系统设计的基本思想 ,提出了一种新颖的综合网管系统 (INMS)的设计方案 ,讨论了网管系统设计中的一些技术问题和解决方法。The article analyses demand of telecommunication network for electric power system. The article expatiates basic idea for designing telecommunication network management system and bring the new designing method for telecommunication network management system forward. The article discusses important problem and solving method in designing telecommunication network management system.
