不同频次针刺治疗早期特发性面神经炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察不同频次针刺治疗早期特发性面神经炎的临床疗效。方法将53例早期特发性面神经炎患者根据接受针剌频次不同分为治疗组28例和对照组25例。两组均采用针刺治疗,治疗组每星期治疗5次,对照组每星期治疗3次。比较两组治疗前后改良Portmann量表、Stennert面神经麻痹继发损害评分及患者满意度,并对临床疗效进行评价。结果两组治疗后改良Portmann量表评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组治疗后改良Portmann量表、Stennert面神经麻痹继发损害评分、患者满意度及临床疗效比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论每星期3次针刺治疗早期特发性面神经炎与每星期治疗5次疗效相仿。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of different frequencies of acupuncture treatments on early idiopathic facial neuritis. Methods Fifty-three patients with early idiopathic facial neuritis were randomly allocated, according to different frequencies of acupuncture treatments, to a treatment group of 28 cases and a control group of 25 cases. Both groups received acupuncture treatment. The treatment group was treated five times a week and the control group, three times a week. Pre- and post-treatment modified Portmann Scale scores and Secondary Defect Facial Paralysis Score of Stennert scores and post-treatment patients＇ satisfactions were compared between the two groups. The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated. Results There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in the modified Portmann Scale score in the two groups （P〈0.01）. There were no statistically significant post-treatment differences in the modified Portmann Scale score, the Secondary Defect Facial Paralysis Score of Stennert score, the patient＇s satisfaction and the clinical therapeutic effect between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of three acupuncture treatments a week is similar to that of five acupuncture treatments a week for early idiopathic facial neuritis.
