摘 要:鉴于很少有人对钻井隔水管横向变形和弯矩进行研究的现状,通过对深水隔水管海洋环境载荷分析,获得了波动载荷分布规律,并分析了张力比与船体偏移量对隔水管横向变形和弯矩的影响。建立隔水管模型时忽略波浪的动载效应,按准静态方法处理波浪载荷的作用。分析结果表明,随着顶部张力比增大,隔水管横向变形减小,且最大横向变形处于隔水管的中间部位;近海平面区隔水管弯矩受张力比的影响小,在深水区随着张力比增大,隔水管弯矩减小,变化幅度较大;随着钻井船偏移量增加,隔水管横向变形增大;近海平面区隔水管弯矩受钻井船偏移量影响较小,深水区隔水管弯矩随偏移量的增加而增大。Few scholars have so far studied the lateral deformation and bending moment of drilling riser. There-fore, the marine environment load of deepwater riser was analyzed. The distribution law of fluctuation loading was obtained. The effect of tension ratio and hull offset on riser lateral deformation and bending moment was analyzed. The dynamic load effect of waves was neglected when the riser model was established. The effect of wave load was handled according to the quasi-static method. The analysis shows that with the increase in top tension the riser lateral deformation lessens with a considerable change. The effect of the bending moment of tension ratio on risers near sea level zones is slight. With the increase in tension ratio the riser bending moment diminishes with a considerable change in deepwater zones. With the increase in migration of drilling ship the riser lateral deformation will rise. The effect of migration of drilling ship on riser bending moment near sea level zones is slight. The riser bending moment in deepwater zones will increase with the migration.
