摘 要:混砂车的吸入、排出流量以及排出压力取决于压裂车的使用需求。以大排量混砂车为例,分析了吸入和排出离心泵的性能以及外部接口管汇对其性能的影响,并通过试验验证了离心泵在不同工况下的排量和功率需求。试验结果认为,混砂车吸入离心泵的选择应在满足排量的情况下考虑泵效;混砂车排出离心泵的选择应首先达到混砂车实际排量要求,然后在满足高泵效的前提下判断离心泵的工作压力是否包含混砂车工况压力;不同施工排量下混砂车吸入和排出管线接口数量不同。The suction and discharge flowrate of sand blender as well as its discharge pressure depends on the use requirement of fracturing truck. Taking large-displacement sand blender as the example, the performance of the centrifugal pump for suction and discharge as well as the effect of the external junction manifold on the pump performance was analyzed. The displacement and power requirement of the pump in different operating conditions was verified through the test. The experimental findings show that selection of suction pump should consider pump efficiency with displacement satisfaction as the precondition. In selecting the discharge pump, it should be first considered whether it reaches the requirement of practical displacement of sand blender, and then assessed whether the operating pressure of the pump contains the operating pressure of sand blender in the precondition of satisfying high pump efficiency. The number of suction and discharge pipeline junctions for sand blender is different under different operating displacements.
