摘　　要：中国出口贸易在取得"爆炸式增长奇迹"成就的同时,出口产品附加值低以及服务贸易发展的相对滞后,则是中国外贸发展备受诟病的焦点。提高制成品出口质量和档次以向全球价值链高端攀升,以及大力发展服务贸易,自然成为转变中国外贸发展方式的重要内容和方向。本文基于中国制成品出口技术含量与服务贸易出口技术含量动态相关性分析,结果发现,二者存在内在"质的规定性",换言之,二者之间具有"互动提升"作用。据此本文认为:利用中国制成品出口规模的在位优势及提升制成品出口技术含量的契机,以带动服务贸易的发展;在实现服务贸易出口规模扩张的同时更应注重"质"的提升,从而发挥其在促进制成品出口技术含量提升中的重要作用,对于更好地推进中国外贸发展方式转型升级具有重要政策含义。As China realizes great expansion of its export, it also receives some critics for its low -value exported com- modities and its backward development of trade service. Therefore, to promote Chinese exported commodities to high val- ue end and speed up development of trade service are usually regarded as important aspects of transferring development patter of China＇s foreign trade. Analysis on dynamic correlation between technological levels of manufacture and service exports of china finds that, there is qualitative prescription between them, that is to say, these two aspects are helpful to improvement of each other. Accordingly, this paper argues that, taking advantage of China＇s manufactures export scale effect and grasping the opportunity of improving its export quality to drive the development of China＇s service trade ; and we should pay more attention the quality rather than scale when we try to expand service trade,so that it can serve better in improving quality of China＇s manufactures export, which has great policy implications for transferring development pat- ter of China＇s foreign trade.
