摘　　要：目的了解女用安全套在城市娱乐场所中女性服务人员中的接受程度。方法在海南省琼海市采用配额抽样方法抽取高、中、低档娱乐场所中的女性服务人员,对干预前后2次横断面调查结果进行对比。结果干预前后分别调查152、161人,干预前后调查对象的人口学特征除户籍(χ2=14.102,P<0.001)外,其他差异均无统计学意义;干预前只有7人听说过女用安全套,1人见过女用安全套,从未有人使用过女用安全套;干预后有139人听说过,120人见过,41人使用过;干预前后调查对象对女用安全套的自主防病认同率分别为95.4%和93.8%,预防性病的认同率分别为93.4%和91.9%,避孕功能的认同率分别为92.8%和92.6%,对女用安全套的外观、手感、放置与对性活动的影响调查对象多持负面态度。结论女用安全套在琼海市娱乐场所的女性服务人员中有着推广应用空间,但要达到较高的使用率,其外观、手感、放置方法等方面尚需进一步改良。Objective To explore the acceptability of female condom among the female sex workers in the enter- tainment establishments in developed urban area, Hainan province. Methods Quota sampling was adopted to recruit fe- male sex workers aged more than 16 years and having commercial sex within latest 30 days at high-, moderate-, and low- grade entertainment establishments and a cross-sectional study was conducted before and after the intervention. Results Totally 152 and 161 eligible questionnaires were collected in the baseline survey and the post-intervention survey. There were no significant differences in demographic characteristics between the participants of the two surveys except in the registered residence of the participants （x2 = 14. 102 ,P 〈 0. 001 ）. In the baseline survey,there were only 7 people know- ing about female condom, one person seeing it and no one using it. In the post-intervention survey, there were 139 people knowing about the female condom, 120 people seeing it and 41 people using it. All the participants, both in the baseline and the post-intervention survey, had high acceptability of the anti-diseases （ 95.4%, 93.8% ）, anti-sexually transmitted diseases （ 93.4%, 91.9% ）, and anti-pregnancy （ 92. 8%, 92. 6% ） function of female condom. But the participants reported negative attitude towards the appearance, application method and feeling of the female condom. Conclusion Fe- male condom could be accepted by the female sex workers in the entertainment establishments in the city, but its appear- ance, touch feeling and application method need to be improved.
