摘 要:目的了解江西省南昌市初中生焦虑情绪现状及其影响因素。方法采用自编问卷、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)对江西省南昌市部分学校950名初中生进行问卷调查。结果南昌市950名初中生中有焦虑情绪的315人,检出率为31.16%;其中轻度焦虑240人,检出率为25.26%,中重度焦虑75人,检出率为7.89%;初中生焦虑情绪平均分为(45.94±9.57)分;初三学生焦虑情绪检出率及得分均高于初一及初二学生(P<0.05);多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,三年级、家长期望值较高、学习成绩好、家庭成员关系较好及有睡眠问题是焦虑情绪发生的危险因素,人际关系一般及每周体育活动是焦虑情绪发生的保护因素。结论初中生焦虑情绪普遍存在,其发生受自身因素、家庭因素、学校因素及其他相关因素的影响,应从多方面预防焦虑情绪的发生。Objective To investigate the prevalence and influential factors of anxiety among middle school students in Nanchang city. Methods Middle school students in Nanchang were selected with duster sampling and surveyed with questionnaires including Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index ( PSQI), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale ( SAS ), and a self-designed general questionnaire. Results The overall prevalence of anxiety was 31.16% in the students with a mean anxiety score of 45.94 ± 9. 57. The prevalence and scores of anxiety in the third-year students were higher than those of other students. Multivariate logistic analyses indicated that third-year students, parents' expectation, study achievement, relationship with family members, and sleep problem were risk factors of anxiety, whereas interpersonal relationship and taking physical exercise every week were protective factors of anxiety. Conclusion The anxiety is common among middle school students in Nanchang city and is influenced by personal, family, school, and other relevant factors. More attentions should be paid to the occurrence of anxiety in middle school students.
