摘　　要：随着城镇化水平的快速提高和城市跨越式发展的快速推进,哈尔滨市的城市用水需求与供水安全保障要求日趋提高,现有城市供水水源与供水设施系统均面临着严峻的挑战。在对不同规划时期的城市用水需求量进行合理预测的基础上,通过对哈尔滨市各类可供利用城市供水水源从水量、水质、取用条件等方面进行科学研究分析与综合评价,提出了哈尔滨市未来一段时期的城市供水水源可持续开发利用与合理优化配置方案。同时,针对哈尔滨市的城市用水和水资源条件特点,提出了保障城市供水安全的水资源高效利用有效途径。With the rapid urbanization, Harbin＇ s water use demand and water supply security re- quirements pose major challenges for the existing urban water sources and water supply facilities and sys- tems. A proposal about sustainable use and optimal allocation of water resources in Harbin＇ s next dec- ades was put forward on the basis of reasonable forecast of urban water demand in different planning peri- ods and through scientific research, analysis and comprehensive evaluation of water quantity, water quali- ty, water use conditions. At the same time, a way for efficient use of water resources with urban water supply security was proposed from Harbin＇ s water use characteristics and water resource condition.
