摘 要:为研究游离棉酚对绵羊瘤胃发酵和微生物区系的影响,试验采用单因素完全随机设计,将6只健康的、体重50 kg左右的内蒙古半细毛绵羊随机分为2组。对照组绵羊日粮中不添加棉酚,试验组日粮中添加0.10 g/kg的游离棉酚。试验预试期15 d,正试期10 d。试验结果显示,日粮中添加0.10 g/kg游离棉酚,对绵羊瘤胃pH、干物质降解率和瘤胃发酵类型无显著影响(P>0.05)。但与对照组相比,饲喂2 h时,试验组绵羊瘤胃氨氮(NH3-N)浓度显著提高(P<0.05),饲喂2 h和4 h时,总挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)产量显著降低(P<0.05)。试验组绵羊瘤胃细菌(P<0.01)、纤维分解菌(P<0.05)和原虫(P<0.01)的数量较对照组显著提高,但真菌的数量显著降低(P<0.01)。由此可见,瘤胃细菌、纤维分解菌和原虫可能在提高反刍动物对游离棉酚的耐受性方面具有重要作用。This experiment was conducted to study the effect of adding the free gossypol on rumen fermentation and microbial population of the sheep.The test was carried out in a completely randomized factorial design.Six healthy semifine wool Inner Mongolia sheep with boby weight of 50 kg,were assigned to the control group (3 sheep) and the treatment group(3 sheep).The sheep of the control group were fed a diet without supplementary the free gossypol.Pretest was 15 days and final experiment was 10 days.The sheep of the treatment group were fed the same diet except supplementary 0.10 g/kg the free gossypol.The results showed that :pH value,degradation rate of dry matter and ruminal fermentation type in rumen of the sheep were not significantly influenced by adding 0.10 g/kg free gossypol to the diet of the sheep (P 〉 0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group increased NH3-N concentration in rumen at 2 h after feeding(P 〈 0.05), decreased the production of total volatility fatty acid at 2 h and 4 h after feeding(P 〈 0.05).The number of rumen bacteria (P 〈 0:01 ),cellulolytic bacteria (P 〈 0.05) and protozoa(P 〈 0.01) of the treatment groups were significantly higher than those of the control group,but the number of fungi significantly decreased(P 〈 0.01 ).It suggested that rumen bacteria,cellulolytic bacteria and protozoa may play an important role on improving the tolerance of ruminant to free gossypol.
