加减银翘散提取工艺的优化

摘  要:为优化加减银翘散的提取工艺,以乙醇浓度、提取次数、提取时间、提取方法为因素,以浸膏率和最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为量化指标进行L9(34)正交试验。结果表明,以70%的乙醇作为溶媒,提取2次,每次提取1 h,采用超声波与索氏提取相结合的方法提取效果最好,浸膏率达到60.61%,对鸡大肠杆菌的MIC为0.125g/mL,对猪链球菌的MIC为0.177g/mL。To optimize extraction progress of ingredient-modified lonicerae forsythiae powder, ethanol concentration, extraction times, extraction time and extraction methods were as the parameters of the extraction process and every parameter was designed 3 levels.The extraction progress were screened with extraction rate and minimum inhibition concentra- tion (MIC) as indices by L9 (34) orthogonal design.The results showed that:optimum extraction progress of the compound was 70% ethanol as menstruum,2 times extraction and per extraction time with 1 h by ultrasonic and soxhlet extraction combining the method.Under this conditions,the extraction rate reached 60.61% ,MIC to E.coli and streptococcus suis were 0.125 g/mL and 0.177 g/mL,respectively.
