摘　　要：总结了人性化护理服务在儿科病房实施的措施与成效,主要措施包括规范服务内容、树立良好工作形象、完善监督机制、健康教育。认为实施人性化服务,可提高护理管理质量和病人满意度,对医院的社会和经济效益有着积极的影响。To summarize the implementation and effects of humanistic nursing in pediatric ward ,including standardizing the service contents, establishing a good image of nurses, perfecting supervision mechanism and health education . The implementation of humanistic nursing can improve the quality of nursing management and enhance patient＇s satisfaction ,which has a positive effect on social and economic benefits of the hospital.
