摘  要:报道在常压的微波辐射下用相转移催化剂 PEG-4 0 0合成了 4个新化合物二 (苯并三唑基 )烷烃 ,该方法具有产率高、反应时间短和操作简便的优点。化合物的结构经元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱确证。初步抗菌活性试验结果表明 , 和 具有强的抑制金黄色葡萄球菌活性 ,而 ~ 对枯草杆菌亦有一定活性。Four new bis(benzotriazole 1 yl)alkane compounds were synthesized using phase transfer catalyst PEG 400 under normal pressure in a microwave oven.The method has advantages of good yield,short reaction time and easy operation.Their structures have been confirmed by elemental analysis,IR and 1HNMR spectra,and their inhibiting activities were also tested.The results showed that Ⅲ and Ⅳ possessed very strong inhibiting activity against Staphylococcus aureus,and Ⅰ~Ⅳ had also some inhibition activity against B.subtilis.
