摘　　要：松花江流域水质管理空间数据库系统是一个时态空间数据库管理信息系统,综合集成松花江流域水质管理信息数据与知识挖掘,为形成松花江流域水质管理提供系统性信息服务。文章从建立这一数据库信息系统的设计思路、系统组成和功能模块进行阐述。The spatial database system of Songhuariver basin water quality management is a temporal spatial database management information system, integrates the Songhuajiang river basin water quality management information and knowledge mining, it provides systematic information service for the information of the Songhuajiang river basin. This paper describes mainly from the design idea of establishing this database information system, system composition and function modules.
