摘　　要：以无水氯化镁生产过程控制系统的开发为例,论述了无水氯化镁生产过程控制系统及RSView32监控软件;分析了RSView32的性能、特点和通信的实现、数据采集与存储、历史趋势描绘、报警信息显示与处理,以及用户权限设置等在监控系统中的实际应用.指出该系统上位机为研华IPC工业控制机,下位机为AB公司的ControlLogix5631.实际应用表明,监控系统可以覆盖现场所有设备,信息处理功能强并可以预测数据的未来变化趋势.Taking the monitoring and control system for Anhydrous magnesium chloride production process as an example, the functions, characteristics and the actual application of RSView32 are discussed, including the realization of communication, data collection and memory, historical trend record, alarm information display and processing, user account. The system is composed of ControlLogix5631 from AB and Advantech IPC as the host computer. The practical application shows that the design of system is reasonable, software operation is reliable, the requirements of the production technique has been satisfied effectiveness is obtained.
