摘　　要：目的探讨社会支持及年龄、病情对住院老年患者淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法应用社会支持评定量表及流式细胞仪,对225例住院老年男性患者进行调查。结果 T淋巴细胞(CD3+)与年龄呈负相关,自然杀伤细胞(CD56+)与年龄呈正相关,CD3+、辅助T淋巴细胞(CD4+)、CD56+、B淋巴细胞(CD19+)、淋巴细胞(Lc)与病情相关(P<0.05);多因素逐步回归分析:主观支持进入CD4+、Lc的逐步回归方程;主观支持的家庭成员项进入CD4+、主观支持的同事项进入CD19+、主观支持的朋友项进入Lc的逐步回归方程;社会支持利用的烦恼倾诉项进入CD3+、CD4+的逐步回归方程。结论年龄、病情与CD3+、CD4+、CD19+、CD56+相关,社会支持可能与住院老年患者的CD4+、CD19+等淋巴细胞亚群有关,烦恼倾诉能提高患者的CD3+、CD4+淋巴细胞亚群水平。Objective To investigate the influence of social support,age and illness on the lymphocyte subsets of hospitalized elderly. Methods Two hundreds and twenty-five hospitalized elderly males were assessed with social support rating scale（SSRS）and flow cytometry （FCM）. Results CD3＋ was negatively related to age and CD56＋ was positively related to age. CD3＋,CD4＋,CD56＋, CD19＋ and Lc correlated with illness condition （P〈0.05）;Multiple stepwise regression equation analysis was used：subjective support was entered into the stepwise regression equation of CD4＋ ,and Lc;family members of subjective support were entered into the stepwise regression equation of CD4＋ ;colleague items of subjective support were entered into the stepwise regression equation of C D19＋;friend items of subjective support were entered into the stepwise regression equation of Lc;trouble confiding items of social support utilization were entered into CD3＋ and CD4＋stepwise regression equation. Conclusions Age and illness are related to CD3＋, CD4＋,CD19＋, CD56＋;social support may be related to lymphocyte subsets such as CD4＋,CD19＋ of those who are hospitalized;trouble confiding can improve the lymphocyte subsets standards of CD3＋and CD4＋ of the patients.
