摘　　要：目的评估个性化护嘱制度在保健工作中的护理价值。方法采用自身前后对照的方法,比较个性化护嘱制度在干部病房实施前后对护理质量的影响。结果个性化护嘱制度在干部病房实施前后比较,护理质量有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论个性化护嘱制度有利于提高护理质量,有利于高质量地完成保健工作。Objective To evaluate the application value of individualized nursing order system in health care. Methods Comparative method was used to understand the difference of nursing quality before and after implementing personalized nursing order system in cadre wards Results Nursing quality after implementing personalized nursing order system in cadre ward was significantly better than before implementing personalized nursing order system（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Nursing order system is helpful in improving the quality of nursing, and facilitates the completion of high quality health care work.
