摘　　要：构建和谐社会是我们党在建设有中国特色社会主义过程中的一项战略任务,道德建设是构建和谐社会的重要基础和精神动力。当前我国道德现状并不理想,道德失范现象时有发生,有"道德滑坡"和"道德爬坡"两种争论。针对"道德爬坡",我们要以社会主义核心价值体系来引领社会道德顺利上坡;针对"道德滑坡",我们应加快和推进制度伦理建设,来遏制社会道德继续下滑。两种措施紧密相连,相辅相成,共同推动道德建设不断向前发展。Building a harmonious society is a strategic task of our Party in the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. The moral construction is an important foundation for building a harmonious society and the spiritual power. Our moral status quo is not a satisfactory The demoralization phenomenon have occurred two arguments, ＂moral declining＂ and ＂moral climbing＂. We should adopt socialist core value system to lead the social moral smoothly uphill for ＂moral climbing＂, while to the moral decline, we should accelerate and advance the institutional ethics to curb social morality continue to it. Both measures are closely linked and mutually reinforcing, and jointly promote the moral construction of the constant development.
